Washington Youth Committee Founder + President
Starting Destination Imagination in 2nd grade, I learned the importance of teamwork and learning through mistakes at an early age. The program enabled numerous learning experiences, each year using skills that it taught me to create novel projects. Knowing the impact that it had on me, I helped create the WA Youth Committee to bring this program to the new generation.
FIRST Robotics Competition Team 1294
2022 - 2024
Director of Public Relations
Joining the FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) team 1294 Pack of Parts in my freshmen year of high school, I saw the complexities, organization, and efforts needed to run not only a non-profit but a team. I quickly gained a passion for spreading STEM in the community and took my role of Director of PR to increase our teams impact on our local community.

Starting in 2022 STEMUnboxed was created to provide free STEM enrichment to Title 1 schools in the form of a STEM kit. These STEM kits were completely designed, manufactured, and packaged by our small team. I created the brand, organized events, contacted Title 1 schools, and received feedback. This program, in the past 2 years, has impacted more than 300 students. Now expanded internationally, this program has impacted 60 village schools in India through partnering with the FabLab in Phalgar.

Outreach Coordinator
Joining Eastlake High School's Girls Who Code program in my freshmen year, I saw the benefit of being part of a strong sisterhood. I competed in Technovation that year and reached semi-finalists. I knew Girls Who Code had the potential of helping and inspiring so many young girls, so I pushed for the need of outreach in the club. In 2023, I assumed the role of Outreach Coordinator and helped organize workshops, partner with a local middle school, and host hackathons.

Redmond Human Services Commision Youth Advisor
2021 - 2024
In January of 2022, I found the opportunity to apply to become a Youth Advisor for the Human Services Commission of the city of Redmond whose job is to provide grants to organizations in the community. Immediately interested, I applied, interviewed, and joined the commission in September 2022. Since then, I gained a comprehensive understanding of what the commission does, and about the Redmond community. I helped welcome and introduce a new youth advisor and presented grant reports from our previous funding cycle to the Redmond Chamber of Commerce.

In 2022 and 2023 I gained a comprehensive understanding of how to use x-code and the Swift framework to make IOS apps. in 2022, I made a sign language app to teach students how to sign by identifying different objects. in 2023, I created an app to match users to different STEM opportunities in the area, review the different apps, favorite their top matches, and add their own apps.
